Georgia Aquarium

Ask Noah what a shark says and he'll be sure to make a scarey noise. Ask Kenzie and she'll make a fish face and a kissing noise. She tried so hard to kiss the fish through the windows.
We had a blast at the Georgia Aquarium yesterday!

Family picture from December

It's not often that you will see a picture of the entire family. My friend just sent me this... so I thought I'd add it to our blog.

Gone Fishin!

Our first fishing trip... Noah wanted to take care of everything himself. Kenzie just wanted to play on the dock. She threw stuff down into the hole that she found. We didn't catch a single fish in the hour that we were there... but we had fun!

I have to admit that my failure to submit postings is due to my new facebook account. I resisted the request of my friends for as long as I could. It really is nice to be able to keep in touch with everyone with one simple site.

A quick update...

Noah is 2 and a half and refuses to potty train. We've bribed with everything possible. I'm pretty sure Kenzie will be trained before him. As for my princess... Kenzie is 17 months old and is not walking. She will take four or five steps and then sink to her bottom to continue her "scooting." It's a gosh darn good thing my kids are cute:) The doctor says they are both fine... just a bit stubborn. Noah is talking up a storm and doesn't have a problem telling me what to do. We're working on that:) Kenzie just repeats anything and everything her big brother does. Lord!!! Our sitter is moving back to Peru after this year. I'm looking into getting Noah into a preschool in the fall. I think I already have a place for Kenzie to go. Next year is going to be a joke... dropping them off at two different places. I know it's a horrible thing to say, but I am jealous of those mom's who have family for extra help.

I'm still teaching at Teasley and spending my extra time with my incedible family. Dave is still at the fire station in Vinings and working his home theater business on the side. He's keeping very busy... which makes it hard to spend a lot of time together. Hey, gotta pay those bills!!:)

We're hoping for a big change in a few years, and maybe head back to Florida. I'd love to have Noah and Kenzie near their grandparents. Dave is going to do everything he can to go back to school this summer. He would love to get a business degree to take with him on our move. We'll see what happens:)

We're healthy and that's all that matters!
